Support Groups:
Our ADHD Support Groups provide a great opportunity to meet other parents to chat with and for children to make new friends.
We have nine support groups each month. There are two support groups for parents in Leicester (daytime and evening) and daytime parent support groups in Coalville, Hinckley, Loughborough, Lutterworth, Market Harborough, Wigston and Melton Mowbray. Plus an adult support group in Leicester. Details of all these groups are below. Please note that these groups are term time only, but we do have other activities during the school breaks. If you're on our mailing list, you'll get a monthly reminder about all the groups.
Join us and other parents for the chance to ‘Chill and Chat'. We provide refreshments at all our groups (tea, coffee and biscuits) and pre-school children are welcome at the daytime groups.
Please contact us for our 2022 timetable info@adhdsolutions.org
Family Activities & Trips
During half term breaks, we have family activities which can include Family Fun Days at our centre, with lots of exciting activities to take part in - or trips to a variety of venues. All families are welcome and you will receive an invite via email.

All the dates and relevant information are also included within the monthly newsletter.
If you don’t already receive the newsletter, you can register here - just provide your contact details on the form and 'Newsletter' in the comments box, and we will do the rest!
Family Fun days:
We hold family fun days at our centre, where we host a wide range of activities including arts and crafts which we theme around the time of year, artistic workshops including dancing and bongo drumming and games and sports in our big sports hall.
We invite all of the families on our mailing list and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Christmas Party:
Every year we hold a Christmas Party at St Gabriel's House, with music, games, competitions, a raffle and of course a visit and the all important present from Santa himself! Details of this years event will be provided within our newsletter.
All families on our mailing list will receive an invite.
Activities for Children & Young People
During July and August we provide a summer programme of activities.
Past activities have included kayaking, canoeing, high ropes, zip wire, abseiling, raft building and the climbing wall.
For many children, it's the first time they've been able to take part in activities like these - and it's fantastic to see their enthusiasm and support for one another!
We invite all children and young people on our mailing list to take part (although they must be at least 8 years of age). We aim for most (depending on demand!) to take part in at least two of their favourite activities.
Other Summer Activities: In addition to our outdoor pursuits activities, we also have a programme of activities at St Gabriel's Community Centre. Activities include things like: arts and crafts, dance workshops, sports, team games, the adventure playground (weather permitting) games (table football, air hockey, pool, Wii) and lots more.
Children will need to be at least 8 years of age to participate.
Again, if you are on our mailing list, you'll be sent details of these and all our activities.
If you'd like to be included on our mailing list, so that you'll receive monthly updates about all we do, please get in touch.
